Orders are shipped 3-14 days after you place your order. Please make sure your e-mail address is correctly entered at checkout to receive your live order status page and e-mail notifications for tracking. Please contact email@example.com to correct any shipping or contact details.
We use multiple international carriers with two different service levels at the moment: Standard and Express. Delivery timelines vary based on country and time of year. We ship all packages duties unpaid. There is a chance your local jurisdiction will enforce tariff collection.
IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT AND GET A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER ONE, BE IT SIMILAR OR NOT.
PLEASE NOTICE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES.
-Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before we've shipped, but not after. -Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. -Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged. -Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account - credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
-If the item you wish to exchange for is a higher price than the item originally purchased, we will issue an invoice for the difference in price. If the item you wish to exchange for is a lower price than the item originally purchased, we will refund the difference to the payment method used.

Lost / Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered and you have not received it, please e-mail us right away at email@example.com. Please note, if an investigation confirms theft, we do require a police report to be filed to aid in preventing future theft or fraud. Thank you for your understanding.
